These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings with Hibachi Better. By booking our service, you agree to the following policies.
1. Booking Requirements

A 10‑person minimum is required to book an event OR a minimum booking fee of $550.

Additional adults or children can be added for an extra per‑person fee.
2. Payment

A valid card on file is required to secure your booking.

Full payment or a deposit (if applicable) must be completed before service.
3. Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation up to 7 days before your event.

Cancellations within 6 days of the event will incur a $100 cancellation fee.

No‑shows or same‑day cancellations are non‑refundable.

4. Rescheduling

You may reschedule up to 72 hours before the event start time at no additional charge.

Rescheduling within 72 hours may result in fees or limited availability.
5. Weather Policy

All hibachi cooking is performed outdoors only for safety.

If weather conditions make service impossible (severe rain, storms, unsafe temperatures), we will:

Issue credit toward a future booking

Final safety decisions are made by the chef on the day of the event.
6. Travel Fees

Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside our standard service area.
7. Guest Responsibilities

Clients must provide a safe, flat outdoor space for cooking.

Children must stay a safe distance from the grill at all times.

Pets must be kept away from the cooking area.
8. Food & Allergies

Please notify us of any food allergies in advance.

While we take precautions, cross‑contamination may occur.
9. Liability
Hibachi Better is not responsible for:

Injuries caused by misuse of the grill area by guests

Damages to property caused by unsafe conditions outside our control
